The Only Slightly Awkward Topic of Puberty with Ross D. Martin, Former Obstetrician (delivering babies) / Gynecologist (women's health), teaches middle school human sexuality class
Details: It's the subject that everybody wants to KNOW about, but nobody wants to TALK about -- what the heck is happening to my body and when will it be over? In this one-hour session targeting middle schoolers, we will talk about puberty and the changes that we go through as we move from being kids to being adults. We can get as technical as you want. Dr. Martin went to medical school, so he knows absolutely everything!*
*Okay, maybe not absolutely everything, but he does know a pretty good amount of stuff about the human body and human sexuality. And he might just know the answer to a question you've been wondering about but aren't sure you want to Google. And he's pretty good at talking about subjects that might feel embarrassing at first, but are really just part of growing up. And he's not your mom or dad, so it's a little easier to ask him questions. And he's not your older brother or sister who might think they know everything about everything, but probably don't know quite as much as they think they do.
