Yoga and Exercise Recordings

Yoga and Exercise Sessions are for All Ages

Materials Needed:
  • comfortable, supportive clothing and footwear
  • a mat or rug to prevent slipping
  • room to move your body
Safety Tip: Have fun and remember to listen to your body. These routines and dances are being led by neighbors who are experienced fitness fans, but they are not acting as official instructors. This is intended as fun or relaxation. Always follow the advice of your doctor and always stop if something hurts.

, OM parent and frequent volunteer, has been a fitness and nutrition coach for 4+ years (losing over 35lbs and 43").  As a coach, she helps people find the right fitness and nutrition program that is right for them. You can contact her by email or through her Beachbody page.
